From greeting guests at arrival to assisting them throughout their stay, you will play an important role in making every visit comfortable and memorable. We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-focused professional who can remain calm, organized, and welcoming in a busy hotel environment.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, personalized service.
• Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, room assignments, and modifications.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to guest questions and requests.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, dining options, local attractions, and transportation.
• Process payments, deposits, and incidental authorizations accurately.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and work toward an appropriate resolution.
• Communicate important information to housekeeping, engineering, security, and other departments.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and complete required shift reports.
• Keep the front desk and lobby areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and emergency protocols.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Previous hotel, front desk, or customer-service experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Warm, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous during challenging situations.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and reservation or property-management systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
