A senior executive based in New York City is seeking an assistant to provide comprehensive support across a wide variety of projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating a complex schedule
• Directing communication and information flow to/from the executive
• Conducting data-driven research and presenting recommendations
• Proactively managing day-to-day operations
• Overseeing logistics and general administrative responsibilities
• Collaborating with team members to support the principal’s needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree, with evidence of significant academic achievement

Required Skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Exemplary references
• People-management experience and skills are a plus

Preferred Skills

• This is a year-round, full-time opportunity with a starting salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 per year, a sign-on bonus, and a generous benefits package.
• Compensation will be commensurate with credentials, experience, and demonstrated ability.
