Job Description
To support daily operations for fulfilment and inbound support for all our products and manage VAS projects.
- Daily operations for B2B/B2C/B2G/Components with direct oversight into the status, process and operations. Manage daily shipment arrangements for all our products and to build knowledge to our systems and processes to lead the whole process. Work cross-functionally with internal teams as well as local 3PRs and forwarders.
- Lead for VAS/bundling projects Key in country support both for global VAS requirements and communicate those more broadly across key global stakeholders. The role would also take lead for all in-region kitting, VAS, bundling, and any flashing needed. Manage the 3PRs in the VAS process and progress and to monitor costs to each project.
- Manage daily inbound/outbound issues/resolutions . Ensure the process of inbound/outbound shipments are smooth and to solve any ad-hoc issues/problems.
- Drive Product Information EDI integration for our selected warehousing provider. Ensure SKU setup completion to prepare for launch schedules.
- Day-to-day management of metrics for 3PRs. As we scale this process it will require significant visibility and communication across teams to ensure we keep to business metrics. Eg. OTS, auto releasing, costs etc.
The ideal candidate will have a lead role in resolving contract issues in relation to delinquent accounts, including engaging and coordinating with internal groups, communicating with customers to identify potential issues, and driving resolution of issues through to completion. Candidates must have exceptional customer service and project management skills, be a confident and polished communicator and writer and possess a technical aptitude. A self starter willing to suggest change to enhance current processes. Comfortable in conducting outbound calls to customers and moving contract issues and resolutions forward. The ideal candidate must also have demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, excellent judgment and can work productively in a fast-paced, team oriented environment. Someone with prior sales experience is a must.

Requirement Analysis and Documentation-Create technical requirement documents basis the inputs received from clients through discussions and demos.
Creation of test cases-Create test cases basis the functional requirements ensuring test coverage across multiple modules.
Test Data and Environment Setup-Create data validation scenarios and set up test environment in collaboration with the client stakeholder.
Test Execution and Result Analysis -"Execute functional and regression testing to identify defects and document the result of the test cases.
Prepare test evidence and test review documents.
Log and update the defect status in the test management tool."

Experience: 3-5 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
