Title: UKG Organizational Change Manager

Lead organizational change management for a UKG platform implementation, developing strategies to assess readiness, engage stakeholders, and drive technology adoption.
Oversee communications, role-based training, change impact assessments, and transition readiness to support successful implementation across campus stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the OCM strategy and plan using structured methodologies such as Prosci, including change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations.
Lead stakeholder engagement, communication plans, roadshows, town halls, and role-based training programs to build awareness, manage resistance, and improve adoption.
Monitor implementation readiness, track risks, escalate issues to program governance teams, and partner with project leadership to ensure successful transition and process improvement.
