Company Description

Join Our Growing Team!

Nease Animal Hospital is seeking a motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our team as we grow from two doctors to three. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative, supportive practice where you'll have the caseload, mentorship, and autonomy to build a fulfilling career in small animal medicine.

Life in St. Augustine & Nocatee, Florida

Nease Animal Hospital sits between historic St. Augustine - the oldest city in the U.S. - and the vibrant, fast-growing community of Nocatee, just south of Jacksonville. Here, you'll trade long commutes for beach mornings and cobblestone-street evenings. Enjoy year-round warm weather, some of Florida's best beaches, top-rated schools, and a lower cost of living than much of coastal Florida - all while being just a short drive from Jacksonville's international airport, dining, and culture. Whether you're into paddleboarding, exploring centuries-old landmarks, or just enjoying a slower, sunnier pace of life, this area offers an incredible quality of life for both new grads and experienced veterinarians looking for a fresh start.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary + production incentives
• Mentorship for new graduates
• [Health insurance, PTO, CE allowance, license/dues coverage, retirement plan - customize as applicable]
• A supportive, growth-oriented team culture
• Opportunity to shape your caseload and grow your surgical experience

If you're ready to grow your surgical skills alongside a dedicated team - in one of Florida's most desirable places to live - we'd love to hear from you!
