Join our winning team!Pay: This is a Piece Rate position starting at $21.25/Hourly (*$1.50/Hourly Shift Differential included)Shift Hours: 3:15pm-12:45am/Monday-Thursday and 12:00pm-4:00pm/FridaysWhat you'll be doing:Work in a temperature-controlled building/environment.Inspect embroidered products (e.g., shirts, sweatshirts, coats, sweatpants, shorts, etc.) and prepare them for shipping or storage.Use work order to determine proper design placement on the garment.Review work orders.Remove embroidery design backings.Fold and stack package products.Sort finished products according to colors and sizes.Attach barcodes, stickers, and hang tags to products when necessary.Complete production tracking paperwork and verifies that it is accurate.What you bring to the table:Ability to read and comprehend a work orderAbility to process work orders accurately, efficiently, and safely with minimal errorsDetail oriented to ensure high-quality embroidery design standards are metAbility to multi-task and prioritize workQualifications:What's needed- Basic Qualifications:1+ years knowledge of related embroidery equipment including their uses, adjustments, and maintenance1+ years of utilizing basic math skillsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds 3-4 feet high in order to move and stack boxes and totes full of productAbility to stand, bend, twist, reach, and grip throughout work shiftHigh School Diploma or GEDBasic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).What's needed- Preferred Qualifications:Skilled in troubleshooting and solving problemsWe Offer:Inclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups112 Hours of PTO and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays + 1 floating holiday)Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
