Launch 513 is hiring entry-level Sales & Marketing Management Trainees to join our Cincinnati team.

No management experience is required. We provide hands-on training, daily coaching, and real-world experience designed to help motivated individuals develop skills in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, leadership, and business management.

What You'll Do

• Represent client brands at live events and promotional campaigns
• Engage customers face-to-face and build strong relationships
• Learn sales, customer acquisition, and event marketing strategies
• Work with your team to hit individual and campaign goals
• Participate in daily coaching and leadership development
• Track results and identify opportunities to improve performance
• Develop the skills needed to train and lead others
